Days of Our Lives Spoilers Next 2 Weeks: Xander Shot Protecting Sarah, Johnny’s Frantic 911 Call

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the next two weeks, October 19 to October 30, reveal that Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) has a medical crisis coming up.

Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) will also dial 911, so here’s what DOOL has in store.

During the week of October 19-23, Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) and Rachel Black’s (Lorelei Olivia Mote) reunion will cause more trouble with Brady Black (Eric Martsolf).

Brady will be adamant about keeping Kristen away due to the deadly Johnny chaos he found out about.

Kristen went as far as recruiting Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) to try and kill her own nephew, so Brady won’t want that kind of person around Rachel.

There’ll also be some powerful Days scenes in the cemetery as Sophia approaches her mom and reveals to Amy Choi (Shi Ne Nielsen) that she’s alive.

As for Dante Vitali (Franco Lo Presti), he’ll introduce himself to Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and Roman Brady (Josh Taylor).

It’ll be the first time Sami Brady’s (Alison Sweeney) parents have actually met her fiancé in person, so Dante will want to make a good impression.

Next, Bonnie Kiriakis (Judi Evans) will have some guidance for Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins) when it comes to her quest to steal Stephanie Kiriakis’ (Abigail Klein) husband.

Although Bonnie may understand why Joy would want Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) for herself, she may push Joy to back off and focus on co-parenting with Alex instead.

Joy may ignore that advice since she’d much rather keep planning a future as a united family with Alex and Kelsey Kiriakis (Lena and Mira Chase).

Alex didn’t buy Stephanie’s suspicions about Joy faking her paralysis, but she’ll once again try to convince him in the coming episodes.

There’ll be a close call at one point that could leave Alex thinking Stephanie might be right after all.

As for EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerreigel), he’ll face off with Dante and deliver a warning.

If Dante dares to hurt Sami, then EJ will plan to make him pay the price.

Back with Brady, he’ll somehow give Kristen a reason to be hopeful.

Brady may calm down and admit he’s reconsidering the total Rachel ban he previously wanted to enforce.

Other Days spoilers say Javi Hernandez (Jacob Martinez) will come clean to Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) about what’s in his heart, so they’ll share a kiss and officially get their romance back on track.

Across town, Steve Johnson’s (Stephen Nichols) investigation into George O’Halloran (Michael Rose) will come with some curveballs.

After Johnny fires George, there’ll be some trouble in a lab. Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) and Xander will break in for the laptop containing evidence that could clear Sarah’s name.

George obviously won’t want Sarah to have it, so he’ll pull a gun on her as well as Xander.

It looks like Xander will get shot protecting Sarah, so she’ll panic at the thought of losing him.

Since we know Johnny has a 911 call coming up, he may arrive and see that Xander needs paramedics immediately.

Back with Joy, she’ll undergo more tests with Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans), who knows that Stephanie suspects Joy is lying about her state of paralysis.

Kayla may confirm that soon and admit to Stephanie that she was right.

Alex and Stephanie will receive some disturbing news, so they may react to confirmation that Joy’s a liar and start planning a trap.

The week of October 26-30 could be when Joy’s bubble is going to burst.

Days spoilers say Joy will eventually get busted just when it looks like all her dreams are going to come true.

Alex may get proof that Joy deceived everyone and blackmail her with it.

That way, Alex can make sure Stephanie is properly included in the next custody agreement.

At the hospital, there’ll be some scary moments as Xander gets the treatment he needs to survive his apparent gunshot wound.

Sarah will be a nervous wreck and may realize just how much she still loves Xander.

Back with Sophia, she may have a run-in coming up with Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) and Tate Black (Leo Howard).

Tate and Holly may struggle to believe what they’re seeing once Sophia pops up for a tense reunion.
