Could Amber Moore be headed back to the world of CBS soaps? Adrienne Frantz broke her silence on the matter and opened up about the possibility of her long-awaited return to CBS Daytime.
Frantz recently spoke with Soap Central journalist Michael Maloney about her time on both The Young and the Restless and The Bold and the Beautiful, while also teasing her outside-soap work, including her upcoming app and more.
Frantz made her debut on The Bold and the Beautiful as Amber Moore back in 1997; she remained a part of the series until 2005, when she transitioned Amber to The Young and the Restless, where she called home for five years before returning to The Bold and the Beautiful in 2010.
The actress made her last appearance as Amber on The Young and the Restless in 2013, with viewers anxiously anticipating her return to either show ever since.
Now Frantz has opened up about the potential of returning, telling Soap Central that despite having a very busy schedule, “I still have plenty of room for soaps, too!”
This isn’t the first time Frantz has spoken positively about returning to daytime, and she has always kept an open mind about the possibility.
Frantz made her daytime debut in 1997 on the Aaron Spelling soap opera Sunset Beach for 48 episodes before joining The Bold and the Beautiful. Her most recent credits include the television films The Perfect Girlfriend and Maternal Instinct,as well as the Days of Our Lives: Beyond Salem spin-off series, in which she appeared as Sophie Faversham.
Frantz’s appearances on The Bold and the Beautiful are all available on the official The Bold and the Beautiful App, along with thousands of other classic episodes. Select episodes from her run are available for free on the official The Bold and the Beautiful YouTube channel.
New episodes of The Bold and the Beautiful and The Young and the Restless air weekdays on CBS with episodes streaming weeknights on Paramount+.
