Jeremy Clarkson currently owns The Farmer’s Dog pub, which has become hugely popular
Jeremy Clarkson‘s pub, The Farmer’s Dog, has become something of a tourist trap, with fans far and wide travelling to Oxfordshire to try his Hawkstone lager and ciders, courtesy of Diddly Squat Farm. Whether Clarkson would open a second pub remains to be seen, but he hasn’t ruled it out either. Putting forward a suggestion on X, one user noted that Symonds Yat East, a village in the Wye Valley, is currently on the market, noting: “A beautiful part of the country. Maybe someone can scoop up this little piece of heaven?
“It would be a fantastic spot for @JeremyClarkson to run another pub in a popular area.” Appearing to tease fans, Clarkson quickly reshared the tweet on Thursday (24 September), writing “Hmmm.” While the Top Gear star is keeping his cards close to his chest, fans have already encouraged Clarkson to go for it. “Buy it. It’s just up the road from me, and I need a #farmersdog near me. Need that sweet sweet draught Hawkstone,” wrote one.
