General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) may be too late if they try to dig up Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) corpse to move it to another location.
That’s the plan Ava will pitch to Drew in the October 23 episode, but he’ll obviously have some reservations.
Drew’s the one who felt that nobody would go looking for Brennan in the nature preserve.
Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett) has been quizzing Ava about her last conversation with Jack, but Drew may not see why that means they should move the body they buried.
Drew may tell Ava they should just leave things alone and trust that no one’s going to find Brennan there.
However, GH fans know how pushy Ava can be, so she may pressure Drew enough to get him on board.
Ava may convince Drew to head back to the nature preserve with her and go on another nighttime digging mission.
Drew and Ava may settle on another location outside of Port Charles as Brennan’s next burial site.
Of course, there could be some complications when it comes to Ava and Drew’s scheme.
What if when Drew and Ava try to dig up Brennan’s body, it’s already gone?
It’s clear that Jack was dead when Ava and Drew buried him, but someone could’ve followed them that night and moved the corpse elsewhere.
That said, if the killer was willing to leave the body floating in the Metro Court pool, it doesn’t seem like they were concerned too much about covering their tracks.
With that in mind, maybe there’s another option to consider here.
What if Brennan’s body is discovered and reported to the authorities before Ava and Drew can put their new plan in motion?
We know that Tristan Roberts’ (Dean Geyer) medical expertise will come into play this fall and that he’ll play a crucial role in unraveling the dead Brennan mystery.
Tristan might be the one to find Brennan’s corpse, so Ava and Drew may just have to hope the cops never connect them to anything.
Whatever the case, Drew and Ava may get some disturbing news regarding Brennan’s body soon enough!
