Hey, The Young and the Restless fans. We have got your latest spoilers for the two weeks that begin October 12th, with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) facing big trouble when his bad deeds catch up with him. Plus, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) freaks out to find a villain in her house ready for a confrontation.
Also, in the two weeks of October 12th – 23rd, we’ve got big, big drama at Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson)’s wedding to Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope). Plus, we’ve got Jill Abbott (Lauren Coslo) in town, and also Shirley Spectra (Patrika Darbo), and more issues with Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk). So, let’s get right to it.
The Young and the Restless: Burrow Brings News About Matt
Monday, October 12th on The Young and the Restless, Nick’s irritated. He wants to know if Adam Newman (Mark Grossman)’s following him, and he tells Nick, “Deal with it, because the family is worried.” And Adam says Nick saying that he’s fine isn’t enough. Then Detective James Burrow (Matt Cohen) shows up and says he’s not there about Joe (Chris Grant Wenchell); it’s about Matt Clark (Roger Howarth). And Burrow tells Nick and Adam that Matt was in a car crash one hundred miles away. And Nick tells Burrow that Patty was probably in the car, too
YR Spoilers Matt Stuns Sharon
Meanwhile, Sharon’s home alone. When Matt calls her, he stays silent, and then he hangs up on her. And after ending the call with Sharon, we’re going to see Matt in his motel room, and his good and bad sides are at war. So, it looks like he thinks Sharon should understand about second chances and give him one. Nick heads over to Sharon’s to tell her about Matt’s car crash. And then Sharon tells Nick about the hang-up call. They assume it was Matt. However, Sharon doesn’t think Matt would come back to Genoa City, but Nick’s not so sure.
Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) wake up stunned that they spent the night together. Victoria says having sex is fine, but not cuddling up together all night. Kyle suggests they are mean to each other in public so nobody suspects they’re having an affair. Victoria goes to meet with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) to discuss Vibrante. And her mom says she really wants to go after Jabot because she’s annoyed by Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters). And then Victoria fusses about Kyle to convince her mom Nikki that she is okay with them going after the Abbotts.
Young and Restless: Jack Advises Billy
Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) reminds Billy how great his life has been ever since he gave up on Chancellor. Jack says everybody’s happy for Billy. And Jack says, “Stop thinking of yourself as a screw-up.” And he tells Billy he deserves happiness. Jack also thinks that, with Sally at his side, Billy’s days of chaos are done.
Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) smack-talks the Abbotts in front of Sally and Coco Spectra (Ashley Campbell) at the GCAC. And then they are stunned when Phyllis says she is the new owner of the GCAC. Billy shows up, and he does some bickering with Phyllis. And then Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei)’s there and pulls his mom away. And Phyllis is super excited that Daniel has agreed to work with her.
The Young and the Restless: Victor Holds Nick Accountable
Tuesday, October 13th on The Young and the Restless, we’ve got Nick being held accountable by Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). I suspect this is about Nick assaulting drug dealer Joe. So Victor’s goons might have found Joe and had to clean up the mess. Otherwise, if the cops find the guy, Nick may be in really big trouble. And of course, Victor wouldn’t turn Nick in to the cops, but Victor may push his son because this is big, bad stuff.
Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) gets advice from Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic). We know Lily’s upset because those cancer test results were inconclusive, so she’s got no answers. Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) advised her to tell Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn), and Nate may say the same. Lily is telling Nate this week that cancer was supposed to be in her past. She thinks she did something wrong, and that’s why she’s facing cancer again.
Billy and Cane find common ground. I’m interested to see if Billy gives Cane a role in his wedding as his sort of other brother.
Y&R Spoilers: Matt Confronts Sharon
Sharon is stunned when she finds somebody unexpected in her home. So Matt just lets himself into Sharon’s home this week. So, it looks like Matt is there to confront Sharon, because Dark Matt is blaming Sharon for the way everybody in town sees him and that no one will forgive him. Sharon told Matt she did bad things in her past and she was forgiven.
So, if you recall, when Sharon was in a mental health spiral, she did just a few bad deeds. She burned down the Newmans’ place. She kept Christian Andrew Newman from Nick. A lot of other sins. So Matt may want to know specifics about what Sharon did that she was forgiven for. And we may see good and bad Matt fighting for control as he confronts Sharon.
The Young and the Restless: Sharon’s Tough Decision
Wednesday, October 14th on The Young and the Restless, Victor’s keeping an eye on Nick after the confrontation where Victor holds him accountable. He may not trust Nick and may have a security task force trailing his son. Adam grills Phyllis about her new real estate venture. I’m sure that Adam wants to know why Phyllis is buying things up, especially the building across from Newman Tower that she got from Cane.
And Sharon has a tough decision to make. So, after Matt breaks into her house and he and Sharon have this little showdown, it looks like Matt is exhausted, and he conks out on her couch and is sleeping like a tired little baby. Nick comes over, and he and Sharon stare at sleeping Matt. So, it looks like Sharon is pondering forgiving Matt, especially if it’ll keep his dark side from coming back out.
Young and Restless: Victor Suspects Victoria
Thursday, October 15th on The Young and the Restless, Victor realizes something is off with Victoria and makes a proactive move to find out what she’s hiding. It looks like Victor is suspicious of all of Victoria’s frequent absences. So, Victor may have his security team stalking Victoria and may find out she’s involved in a hot new fling.
Sally is welcomed into the Abbott family the night before her and Billy’s wedding. The Abbotts are all together. Sally gets a sweet gift from her little sister Coco. Plus, her grandma Shirley is also in Genoa City for her and Billy’s big day. We’ll see a crowd over at the Abbotts’. Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson)’s back in town. Traci’s already there. Plus, we’ve got Jack, Diane, and Kyle all celebrating Billy’s last night before he and Sally get hitched.
Y&R Spoilers: Billy and Sally’s Epic Wedding
Then Friday, October 16th on The Young and the Restless, Billy and Sally’s friends, loved ones, and family come together for their epic wedding. Their nuptials are being held at the GCAC, which means Phyllis will be lurking around. And we know there are some curveballs and unexpected drama at their wedding. So, the things that happen at Billy and Sally’s wedding are supposed to change the storyline, and the aftereffects should last for many years to come, like ten to twenty years. Jill is in Genoa City for the wedding, and something huge happens with her, and it might have to do with her failing heart.
The Young and the Restless: What’s Ahead October 19th – 23rd
Then October 19th – 23rd on The Young and the Restless, Sally and Billy’s Gatsby-themed wedding action carries over from Friday. And we may see Sally in labor not long after Billy puts a ring on her finger. We’ll also see what’s next for Nick after we find out drug dealer Joe’s fate. We’ll also see what’s next for Nick and Marie Kirkland (Jade Harlow). She’s still unconscious, but should be waking up soon.
And with Victor sensing something’s off, we could see Kyle and Victoria’s affair exposed soon, because official October spoilers for The Young and the Restless say Kyle and Victoria are playing with fire.

So, even if they know Victor’s onto them, they may not stop. We’ll see if Matt’s dark or good side wins, and whether Sharon can forgive the man or if she will turn Matt over to the cops for breaking into her house. Look for Patty’s endgame storyline.
We’re going to see if Phyllis is going to take Matt back into her life and stand by him, or if she’s done, because October spoilers for The Young and the Restless say Phyllis decides whether she wants Matt in her future moving forward. Daniel starts working with Phyllis, and I suspect he may be running the GCAC for his mom. Stephanie Simmons (Vivica A. Fox) and Nate take their new relationship public, and Lily may finally come clean with Cane about her cancer scare, and we will get results from further testing.
