The Young and the Restless Tuesday, October 27 Recap: Kyle Stuck on Balcony as Victoria Tries to Get Rid of Billy

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) recap for Tuesday, October 27, reveals that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will have to think fast thanks to Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) visit.

At the apartment in London, Kyle will race out to the balcony and hide there as Billy pushes Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) to invite him inside.

Victoria will distract Billy a bit and give Kyle long enough to make himself scarce.

When Billy sees the candles and all the food, he’ll assume Victoria didn’t come to the door earlier because she was entertaining someone.

Victoria will claim she was talking shop with a lawyer involved in the deal she’s making and will act like the candles were a gift that they lit on a whim.

After Victoria talks to Billy about Jill Abbott (last played by Lauren Koslow) and his guilt over being away from the new baby, he’ll nearly go on the balcony to check out the view he always loved there.

Victoria will offer Billy a drink to stop him and will eventually claim she has a business call coming up.

Once Billy takes off, Victoria will bring shivering Kyle in out of the cold and try to get him warm.

Back in Genoa City, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will take Ruby Spectra-Abbott for a walk in the park, so they’ll cross paths with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) outside the park café.

Sally will assure Adam that it’s all right if his feelings about bringing Ruby into the world were bittersweet.

Adam will ultimately acknowledge that helping with Ruby’s delivery brought up some unresolved emotions regarding Ava Spectra-Newman.

Sally will understand since she faced complicated emotions too, but she’ll suggest that Ava was there with them and maybe even guided Adam to her suite at just the right moment.

When Adam hears that Billy is in London following Jill’s heart attack, he’ll be appalled.

Adam will think Sally and Ruby should be Billy’s priority, but Sally will insist she told Billy to go.

That won’t matter to Adam, who’ll insist he wouldn’t have left if he were in Billy’s shoes.

Once Sally takes Ruby home, Y&R spoilers say she’ll take a phone call from Billy.

Although Billy will ask about Sally’s day with Ruby, she’ll leave out the part about her conversation with Adam.

Billy will get Sally to put him on speakerphone so that Ruby can hear his voice and will sing Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star to her.

At the Newman ranch, Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will show up wondering where Adam is, so Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will sense that she’s worried.

Chelsea will argue that she’s just baffled over not being able to find or reach Adam.

Nick will question Chelsea about how she’s dealing with Adam’s role in the delivery, but she’ll act like everything’s fine.

When Nick implies that Adam could be struggling more than he’s letting on, Chelsea will insist Adam doesn’t hide his feelings from her.

When Chelsea finally catches up with Adam at the park café, he’ll claim he left early this morning for a meeting that was canceled.

Chelsea will grab them some coffee and seem worried when she notices Adam looking pensive.
