Kaleb Cooper has shown off some new skills in a brand-new video. The 28-year-old farmer and Clarkson’s Farm favourite left the fields behind and got busy in the kitchen as he made some burgers for fast-food chain Five Guys.

Kitted from head-to-toe in the recognisable red and white uniform, sporting a Five Guys baseball cap and a red apron, Kaleb looked the part. He pulled on a pair of rubber gloves as he started cooking some burgers for himself and his cameraman as he took time away from Jeremy Clarkson‘s Diddly Squat Farm.

Kaleb, who recently tied the knot with his girlfriend, also asked about the name of the restaurant chain, with one worker telling him that the name originated from the Murrell family, who founded the company and had five sons.

The cameraman then asked the Clarkson’s Farm favourite: “What’s your burger place going to be called, Kaleb?”

“Six fingers,” Kaleb replied with a cheeky grin, adding: “I’m from Chipping Norton.”

The reference was to everyone knowing each other in Chipping Norton.

The footage then showed a Five Guys worker explaining to Kaleb how best to prepare the burger patties.

The video, which was shared on Kaleb, Five Guys and Hawkstone lager’s Instagram pages, was captioned: “To celebrate the arrival of @cooper_kaleb’s British grown and farmed cider – to sit in the fridge alongside our Hawkstone lager @fiveguysuk (where the burgers and fries are also now supporting British farmers) ..Kaleb prepares a delicious freshly made burger .. #backbritishfarmingdrinkhawkstone.”

Many people took to the comments section to share their thoughts.

One person joked: “Don’t tell me JC has you flipping burgers to make up for the poor harvest?”

A second wrote: “You have to hand it to Clarkson, he knows how to pick out talent, and he brings them along with him rather than wanting to be the centre of attention. Everybody around him succeeds. Well done to Kaleb for taking the opportunity by the horns [sic].”

A third asked: “you need one of my onions Caleb ??” and yet another said: “@fiveguysuk just got even better. Step aside milkshakes!”

While someone else joked: “I wouldn’t let him near that grill if you saw what he did to his BBQ at home @cooper_kaleb.”

The video comes as Kaleb, Jeremy Clarkson, Lisa Hogan, and the rest of the Diddly Squat Farm team are hard at work for the harvest, although the UK heatwaves have affected their farming.

The sixth season comes after series five proved to be a dramatic one in which Jeremy, 66, was diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer.

Thankfully, not long after the news broke on the show, which was filmed a year ago, Jeremy confirmed that he had been successfully treated.
