The Young and the Restless Week of October 26 Preview: Cane Catches Kyle in London – Matt Mystery Stuns Sharon

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) preview video for the week of October 26-30 reveals that Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) will make a surprising discovery.

There’ll also be a situation surrounding Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) that leaves Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) unsettled.

Y&R’s weekly promo kicks off with Sharon asking Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) what really happened to Matt.

“It’s best if you don’t know,” Nick admits in the preview clip.

It sounds like Sharon may reach out to the psychiatric hospital where Matt is supposedly staying and find no record that he was ever there.

Nick may have lied about taking Matt to the facility, so he may have to come clean about dealing with Matt another way.

Sharon will be nervous over Nick’s actions and put him through a grilling session, but he may stand his ground when it comes to leaving her out of the loop.

The weekly promo also shows a conversation involving Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Devon Winters (Bryton James) at Society, where she’ll presumably spread the news that her cancer results were negative.

Of course, that means Nate has no reason to keep working at Winters.

Just in case Nate still feels obligated to stick with the family business, Lily will decide to make things a little easier for him.

It turns out Lily will officially fire Nate and make it clear that his return to medicine is happening.

Nate’s hand recovery is going well, so Lily will give him the boot at the company and force him to embrace this golden opportunity.

Lily will hope that Nate can get back in the operating room and finally get his medical career back on track.

Next, let’s talk about some drama coming up in London, where Jill Abbott’s (last played by Lauren Koslow) loved ones will gather to support her.

Cane will be in town for Jill’s sake, but he’ll question why Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) is in London when he finds him at a local pub.

Kyle obviously won’t spill anything about meeting up with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle).

Instead, Kyle will offer a bogus excuse about looking into a business acquisition and try to throw Cane off the trail.
